Over her teaching career to date, Clair has taught and provided support in a number of schools across Birmingham, and has experience of teaching and leading across the EYFS and KS1. Through her different roles across schools she has been able to strive for excellence in all that she does and drive forward changes in education so that all children receive a wide and varied curriculum, thus reaching their full potential. She is currently Assistant Headteacher at an inner-city Birmingham Primary School.  As an experienced senior leader, Clair believes whole-heartedly in the coaching, motivating and supporting of others to be the very best they can be. The success of her work comes through the fostering of trusting, honest and open relationships and by the coaching, mentoring and empowering of leaders at all levels whilst holding all stakeholders to account.

Clair’s areas of specialism as an SLE encompass leadership and management of the Early Years, KS1 and inclusion.
