Chloe is an experienced teacher who has taught in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. She has held the position of year group leader of Year 3 and also has experience of leading Year 2, supporting her teams to raise standards and progress for pupils to their highest levels in three years.
Chloe originally went into teaching with the intention of training to become an Educational Psychologist, but after having a high number of pupils with high level needs in her classes she became passionate about continuing to support these children in the classroom. In September 2012 she was appointed as Inclusion Leader at an inner-city Birmingham Primary school and has recently been seconded to Assistant Headteacher whilst in that position.
